Trever Throop was born in a small cabin in the mountains of Montana. He spent his childhood immersed in the National Forest that was his backyard. He is an avid outdoorsman and still spends as much time as he can creating stories in the mountains, plains and woods of this country and others. Trever is an 8000 hour wildlife pilot, hunter, Dad of two and Husband to “the one”. He is a conservationist, philosopher, first responder, and appreciator of the small things. He likes to face his fears head on because it’s in those moments that we learn the most.
Trever first got his real estate license in 2002 and he has been on a mission to try everything, learn constantly, improve often and every occasionally completely reinvent himself. If you were to ask him what his greatest attribute is for his clients, he would say “honesty”. Without honesty there is no trust and without trust, are we really helping? Trever is an active investor himself, and is very versed in rehab, the market and property analysis. Whether you are a first-time-homebuyer, a seasoned investor, a ranch owner, or a builder, he would love to meet you and provide value in your endeavors.
